This code of ethics outlines our practice. 3ME Consulting, Inc. guarantees to abide by it — to both clients and candidates. We will:
- Ensure our Terms of Business are conveyed to and understood by clients before referring candidates or taking a job order.
- Declare any conflict of interest before commencing any recruitment assignment.
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times; candidate details are shared only with permission, and we stay in regular contact throughout the process.
- Not withhold information that might influence either party's decision, handling references professionally and objectively.
- Ensure long-term relationships — ongoing recruitment clients are exempt from our search listing for Executive Search activity.
- Abide by all relevant equal-opportunity employment legislation.

Our fees
20% of the candidate's first year's salary. The client assumes all fees and interviewing expenses.
Our guarantee
If a permanent hire leaves within three months, we find a replacement free of additional professional fees.
